By accessing or using TicketZone (“Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

TicketZone provides a digital marketplace for event tickets, reservations, and related experiences. To purchase or sell tickets, you must create an account with accurate, complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All ticket listings, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We may suspend accounts that violate our policies or engage in fraudulent activity.

All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. TicketZone applies a service fee, clearly shown before confirmation.

• Refund policy: Refunds are governed by the event organizer's policy. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension.
• We use third-party payment processors; your payment information is never stored on our servers.

The TicketZone name, logo, indigo brand elements, and platform design are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

User-generated content (reviews, event listings) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on TicketZone.

TicketZone acts as an intermediary between buyers and event organizers. We are not liable for event cancellations, postponements, or inaccurate event descriptions.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ticket purchase.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

You agree not to misuse TicketZone. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or manipulate ticket inventory.
• Reselling tickets above face value where prohibited by local law.
• Uploading malicious code, harassing users, or interfering with platform security.

We may terminate or suspend access to TicketZone immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases.
